"服務小哥宛如導遊一般在每個環節都為我們做了仔細的介紹,原來每道菜、隨餐點搭配的麵包和飲料都是特別搭配過的。而每道料理也都取材自法國歷史上的考究重現,真的像是參觀了博物館或是來了一趟法國小旅行。(聽說以前麵包是不需加錢的,但這次的夏季菜單不含麵包和飲料,都需另外加價。難得來一次當然就加購了,也真的是非常驚豔!) 每道料理真的背後都有各自的歷史。除了餐點外,使用的魚子醬也整盒拿出來給我們看,膀胱雞在古代真正用豬膀胱花好幾個小時慢慢加熱的做法也現場展示,還有瀑布馬鈴薯的現場製作表演,真的除了美食外還有很多看點與知識的增加。 雖然吃了3.5個小時,但真的是一次非常特別的用餐體驗(雖然吃完回家後狂睡了一下午覺,真的好像去哪旅遊回來,又飽又累又滿足XD)。下次如果還訂得到位子再來嘗嘗別的菜單。"

"這次享用的是2022RAW夏季菜單,以復刻百年經典法式料理為主題。據餐廳人員表示:這套夏季菜單因大家反應熱烈,所以會延用至今年11月。 食材新鮮,原本擔心會有腥羶味的鹿肉、膀胱雞等皆因處理得宜,肉質軟嫩不柴,餐點口味不錯。不過,吃到最後,除了膀胱雞外,沒有一道菜令我非常印象深刻。倒不是膀胱雞本身有多麼美味,而是用餐過程中前後兩次由江振誠主廚親自逐桌介紹這道菜的由來,加深對這道菜的印象。 餐廳內侍桌人員每道菜都上桌介紹+有幾桌用餐者放聲聊天大笑 = 沒有想像中高檔餐廳該有的環境,現場用餐氛圍鬧哄哄,甚至有點吵雜。每道菜有侍桌人員介紹固然立意良好,但其實不是都聽得很清楚。 餐廳內大都是4人以上的大桌,2人桌的桌數才3桌,人少的若要訂位、後補,需要一點耐心及運氣。"
