"RAW很難訂位,是眾所皆知! 這次透過共享桌的方案,很難得有機會候補上,這也是我一直很期待這次的美食饗宴! 不過在正式進到夏季菜單的第一到#Algae 海藻時就來個震撼教育! 很難想像在二星米其林餐廳可以看到頭髮,但是偏偏就被我遇到… 我還很懷疑的請身邊友人來確認一下我是否眼花了,畢竟在海藻這道菜裏,到底是髮菜還是頭毛,事實證明真的是頭髮!! 隨後趕緊通知服務生這盤有頭髮,不過看似服務生不疾不徐的端進去確認,後來也再幫我換一盤而已。 其實我也不是奧客也沒有因此要去爭取什麼事後補償,身邊友人也跟我說妳別想著這頓餐會因此而免費,只是心裡想著:二星米其林的服務就這樣而已嗎? "用餐體驗不錯,空間舒適,桌距寬敞,可以好好享用餐點,從迎賓到用完餐送客服務都很貼心。 夏季菜單 The one & only 老實說感覺不出來套餐5,888的價值,雖然理解主廚的設計概念是食材皆平等,想要用不同的料理方式,凸顯食材的美味,不過用餐完後感覺名氣大於餐點了。 整體口味偏鹹,蠻膩口的尤其是主餐紐約客配上巧克力還有偏鹹的醬汁,海鮮則是湯汁過奶,改掉海鮮的美味。甜點有墊水果罐頭的味道,另一道櫻桃加橄欖加馬鞭草油的組合,組合很奇特,味道蠻挑人的。"

"多虧哥哥的關係,第一次吃到這麼高級的餐廳!雖然是高級料理,但也使用了很多常見的食材,很喜歡服務生的詳細介紹,每道餐點都為了搭配當季的主題做了客製化的餐具和擺飾,小到餐桌上的擺飾和菜單,大則推車都是從國外訂製的,這季的餐點搭配夏季主題也在配色上下了很多功夫,搭配了很多清爽的橙類水果與香料,讓餐點不那麼膩口,不過這次的份量真的多到吃到後面飽到升天,除了酒類外,意外的覺得無酒精的特調更讓我驚艷!還有也很喜歡主餐上菜前選擇餐刀的環節,服務生細心講解每隻刀子的故事讓我覺得非常有趣,與其說是來吃大餐,我更覺得上了一堂寶貴的課程🤣"

"充滿創意的餐廳,不只是味覺上的享受,連視覺上也是非常驚艷!不只好看,更是真的好吃!擺盤精緻,上菜的順序也是十分講究。 每一道菜都有詳細的介紹,說明每一道菜的食材來源、搭配運用、背景故事等等,非常有趣~服務人員態度也超友善、熱情,真的是有問必答! 店內的裝潢、畫作、甚至餐具,都可能有故事,有興趣的話就不妨問問服務人員吧!真的會讓大家處處驚豔的餐廳:) 要不是真的很難訂位,真的會想要多去嘗試不同季節的菜單。菜單會一季一季的變化~"
