"呈現方式令人耳目一新，除了油炸類含油量過多以外，口味確實可圈可點。但帶位人員極為傲慢冷淡，不點氣泡水及飲料便臉色大變。且侍者介紹食物時非常潦草，對食材及創作背景亦無法提供詳實的資訊。與去年時的服務水平相差甚鉅。讓人難以想像這是台灣指標性的fine dining餐廳，主廚應感到汗顏，就連星巴克的服務都比較有溫度。"

"Very hard to get reservation and poor customer service after you manage to get one due to slow email response and no phone service. Serving Taiwanese cuisine in French style. Creative use of local ingredients and can taste the freshness. They charge TWD120 for a glass of tap water."
