"很不錯的台法融合菜單,要吃raw 要保持嚐鮮跟吃料理手法大於Cp值的概念,真的怕貴就吃中午吧~跟我一樣. 本次對苦瓜燉飯&魚湯(綠色的)非常驚艷.服務很到位,介紹及上菜都很專業,不過急,整體算舒適,酒類飲料單價偏高.麵包真的可點可不點 主要是為了手打奶油~"

"RAW 米其林一星🌟 真的很推薦 - 雖然很難訂位,守著官網訂位系統 - 每一道都很驚奇, 吃完一道就馬上期待下一道的到來 - 今天是吃3500的菜單,端看每一道精緻又小小的,不過吃到最後超級飽 - 最愛兩道前菜 #牛肉漬蛋 #竹莢魚 - 其中竹莢魚十分令人印象深刻 - 外面很像多力多滋的脆餅包覆著,口感層次很分明 - 主菜部分推薦的是#大蛤飯 #鰹魚 大蛤飯裡面有番紅花 懷孕的要特別留意 - 甜點的蛋白霜蠻特別的,最後還有消暑的冰淇淋 - 整體很棒,一開始的麵包也很好吃好想外帶啊 - 期待下一季的菜單,難就在不好訂位"
