"第一次去吃RAW就是吃它的年度精選菜單, 把它歷年來客人風評最佳的菜單做個精選輯的概念~ 我們選了6千多的菜單包含了2樣甜點! 從進去開始的桌邊服務到每道菜上來的詳細解說都讓人讚不絕口 每一道料理都是殺光底片的那種, 像是兩根像棒棒糖的料理其實是雞肉,但它佐特別的醬汁讓口感層次豐富有別於過往吃雞肉的經驗! 還有把日式的炙燒生魚片用分子料理的方式,配上chips和像洋蔥奶醬的醬料一起吃, 味道很奇妙但是是我個人非常喜歡的料理之一! 兩道甜點一道是金箔冰淇淋,另一道是梨子配上臻果的外皮餅乾和甜點醬汁一起佐和著吃, 真的可以再來一份~ 不過訂位非常不好訂而且不能猶豫,否則幾秒間位子就被搶光了!"
