"如果給江振誠在新加坡的Restaurant Andre 100分的評價,那RAW的程度也不過就只能給50分而已!Andre只需要花一半的功力,就能讓RAW一位難求,那如果Andre把他的Find Dining料理帶來台灣,那還得了?但他已經是二星的等級,要吃到他的Fine Dining,可能要RAW的三倍價錢還不夠!我覺得拿江振誠的新加坡Restaurant Andre與他在台北的RAW相比較,是蠻公平的,不是嗎?"
