"如果給江振誠在新加坡的Restaurant Andre 100分的評價，那RAW的程度也不過就只能給50分而已！Andre只需要花一半的功力，就能讓RAW一位難求，那如果Andre把他的Find Dining料理帶來台灣，那還得了？但他已經是二星的等級，要吃到他的Fine Dining，可能要RAW的三倍價錢還不夠！我覺得拿江振誠的新加坡Restaurant Andre與他在台北的RAW相比較，是蠻公平的，不是嗎？"
